Pointed in the right direction

Earlier this year, the ballet company clothing company Freed introduced new shades of pointe shoes in order to accommodate dancers of colors. This follows the lead of another company, Gaynor Minden, who did the same thing two years ago. Dancers are hopeful that the introduction of these products will encourage younger dancers.
